Cancellation, Payment & Delivery Policy

Once a vehicle booking is confirmed, it is considered final.

For car purchase, customers must pay a minimum of ৳1,00,000 – ৳5,00,000 upon communication, depending on the vehicle price.

A minimum of ৳20,000 – ৳1,00,000 must be paid to Drive 4 Wheel’s official bank account to secure the car.

The remaining balance must be paid directly to the actual importer’s account.

Delivery schedule will be confirmed upon booking and mutual communication.

Delivery time may vary depending on shipping schedule and possible shipment delays from Japan.

Delivery and cancellation policy may change if required, depending on the actual importer’s terms and conditions.

Customers can verify the auction sheet before delivery to review the vehicle’s history.

Customers are allowed to inspect and retest the car before final delivery.

If a verified major issue is found before delivery, the booking may be canceled without penalty.

If a customer cancels the booking without a valid reason, the booking amount will be non-refundable.

Customers must check accessories in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.

If any fault is found immediately, the product can be returned or refunded.

If everything is found in good condition and the customer later decides to cancel, the delivery charge must be paid.

Customers must carefully check the chassis number shown in the provided image before purchase.

After verifying the chassis number, proceed with payment.

Payments made without proper verification are non-refundable.

After completing payment, we request the true report from Japan.

If the auction house provides the report, it will be delivered to the customer.

If the true report is unavailable, 50% of the payment will be refunded.

Delivery Timeline: Maximum 72 hours may be required to complete verification.
